DUBAI: LEGOLAND Dubai Resort will launch its new season on October 7, bringing a new daily sound-and-light show to its MINILAND attraction and opening its Halloween programme on the same day.
The resort is targeting families with children aged 2 to 12, with the new season built around the theme “Connecting Through Play”. The October opening also coincides with the wider reopening of Dubai Parks and Resorts ahead of the school break.
The new MINILAND production is one of the main additions for the season. The indoor attraction is built from about 20 million LEGO bricks and includes a 17-metre LEGO model of the Burj Khalifa, which LEGOLAND describes as the tallest MINILAND model in the world. The new sound-and-light show is scheduled to run daily from October 7.
Halloween celebrations start on October 7
Halloween will form part of the season launch, with celebrations scheduled from October 7 through November 2.
The official LEGOLAND programme lists family-oriented activities including a Brick-or-Treat candy trail, a ghost hunt around MINILAND, spooky craft activities and Halloween entertainment. A Wacky Witches welcome show and The Great Monster Chase 4D experience are also part of the programme.
LEGOLAND says the Halloween event is designed as a family-friendly celebration rather than a frightening experience. The activities are included with valid LEGOLAND Dubai admission, while food, drinks and retail purchases are charged separately.
What families can expect at the resort
LEGOLAND Dubai Resort combines the LEGOLAND Theme Park, LEGOLAND Water Park and LEGOLAND Hotel.
At the Water Park, attractions available at the start of the season include DUPLO Splash Safari, the Lazy River and Joker Soaker. The resort says several of these water experiences are particularly suited to younger children, including those aged seven and under.
The resort’s wider theme park offering includes more than 40 rides and attractions, while the Water Park has more than 20 water slides and attractions.
More LEGOLAND additions planned later in 2026
The October reopening is not the end of the resort’s planned changes.
LEGOLAND Dubai says a reimagined Factory Experience and an interactive Master Model Builder Academy are planned for the final months of 2026. The Water Park is also scheduled to receive The Wave, a new interactive splash pad aimed at younger children.
At LEGOLAND Hotel, LEGO Friends-themed rooms are due to receive upgrades. The resort has not yet announced launch dates for these additional experiences.
The resort also said it has carried out an operational refresh ahead of the new season, with work focused on guest experience, presentation and comfort.

For the new season, LEGOLAND Dubai lists admission at AED 295 when booked online and AED 330 at the gate. The resort’s Halloween activities and other included entertainment are covered by the valid day ticket, while food, beverages and retail purchases cost extra.
