The UAE launched the first phase of the Blue Visa, announcing the details of the 10-year residency permit at the World Governments Summit 2025 on Tuesday.
Twenty sustainability thought leaders and innovators will receive Blue Visa in this phase, as per the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP).
