
The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) is rapidly emerging as a global leader in artificial intelligence (AI), with experts predicting that the region will soon join the United States and China as one of the world’s top AI hubs. Driven by massive investments, strategic partnerships, and a forward-thinking vision, the Gulf countries are leveraging AI to transform their economies and solidify their position as leaders in technological innovation.
Speaking at a panel organised by Georgetown University, in collaboration with the Dubai Media Council, Dr Karim El Solh, founder and Managing Director of Gulf Capital, highlighted the region’s growing influence in AI development.
