Halloween in Dubai 2026: 6 places to celebrate on October 31

Dubai’s Halloween calendar is taking shape with a mix of horror attractions, family entertainment and late-night parties scheduled across October.

The main Halloween date this year falls on Saturday, October 31, but some experiences begin earlier and run throughout the month. For families, theme parks and hotel brunches offer daytime alternatives, while adults can choose from horror attractions and nightlife events.

Here are six confirmed options worth considering.

1. MOTIONGATE Dubai: Fright Nights and SAW

For visitors looking for a full horror-theme-park experience, MOTIONGATE Dubai is one of the biggest options.

The park’s Fright Nights IX began on October 7 and runs until November 8. The 2026 programme includes SAW: Trial by Terror, based on Lionsgate’s SAW franchise, as well as The Strangers: Trapped, inspired by The Strangers films.

For Halloween weekend itself, MOTIONGATE has announced Fright Nights: The Party from October 31 to November 2. During those three nights, the park stays open until midnight, with a new maze called The Infected, selected rides operating at night, a live DJ and a midnight fireworks finale at Riverland Dubai. Tickets for the special party are listed at AED 295 online and AED 330 at the gate.

This is the stronger choice for thrill-seekers who want rides and horror attractions in the same visit.

2. Live & Kicking Halloween Spooktacular aboard QE2

For a very different Halloween setting, the Queen Elizabeth 2 at Port Rashid will host a Halloween edition of its Saturday Afternoon Party Series.

Live & Kicking: Halloween Spooktacular is scheduled for October 31 from 2pm to 5pm, with doors opening at 1:30pm.

The event is aimed at guests aged 21 and above and combines live entertainment, dancing, party food and drinks. Costumes are encouraged, with the event promoted as a three-hour Halloween afternoon aboard the historic QE2.

Tickets start at AED 399, while a premium package is listed at AED 499.

It is a particularly different option for adults who prefer a themed party rather than a traditional horror attraction.

3. Ski Dubai: Halloween in the snow

Dubai’s indoor ski resort is adding a winter setting to Halloween with its Frightober programme.

The Frightober Pass is available from October 10 to October 31 and includes access to a snowy ghost village, Halloween activities, trick-or-treat bags, spooky hot chocolate, fleece gloves and a locker. The standard Frightober Pass is listed from AED 125.

Ski Dubai also offers a more extensive Frightober Snow Pass, which includes Snow Park attractions and a choice of additional experiences.

There are important restrictions: the Frightober experience includes sudden scares and is not suitable for children under 12. Pregnant women are also not permitted to take part in the experience.

4. Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown: family Halloween brunch

Families looking for something less frightening can opt for a Halloween-themed brunch at Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown.

The Halloween Family Brunch will take place at Open Sesame on October 31 from 2pm to 5pm.

Packages start at AED 299 for soft beverages, rising to AED 399 for house beverages and AED 499 for premium beverages. Children are priced at AED 99, with children below six eating free.

The programme includes face painting, trick-or-treat activities, Monster Pong, a magic show, arts and crafts and a best-dressed contest, alongside live entertainment.

The venue has also advertised an early-booking offer, although availability and promotional conditions should be checked before booking.

5. LEGOLAND Dubai: Halloween for younger visitors

For families with younger children, LEGOLAND Dubai is running its Halloween programme from October 7 to November 2.

The family-focused event includes Halloween-themed activities and entertainment across the park. The programme is designed around LEGO characters and attractions rather than the more intense horror experiences found at MOTIONGATE or Ski Dubai.

LEGOLAND Dubai is part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, which is also home to MOTIONGATE Dubai, making it possible for visitors to choose between a family Halloween experience and a more intense horror-focused day at the same destination.

Parents should check the latest park calendar and ticket conditions before visiting, as attraction schedules can change.

6. Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis: options for families, pets and adults

Another option is Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis, which has announced Halloween experiences across October 30 and 31.

On October 30, Paws & Potions combines Halloween activities with a pet-friendly format, including a best-dressed pet competition, while children can take part in trick-or-treat activities.

On October 31, the hotel will host a Family Fun Fest, followed by the REDROOF Halloween Soirée for guests aged 21 and above. The family experience includes children’s activities and Halloween entertainment, while the rooftop event is geared towards adult nightlife.

Ticket prices start from AED 50, depending on the selected experience.

Which Dubai Halloween event is best for you?

The choice largely depends on the type of Halloween experience you want.

  • For serious horror: MOTIONGATE Dubai
  • For an adult party: QE2
  • For a snowy Halloween: Ski Dubai
  • For younger children: LEGOLAND Dubai
  • For a family brunch: Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown
  • For families with pets: Radisson RED Dubai Silicon Oasis
